A possible meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, should complete the negotiation process on the conflict in Ukraine, only in this case it will make sense. This was announced on May 12 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
