Peskov: the conflict in Ukraine is really coming to an end

Russian President Vladimir Putin's words that the conflict in Ukraine is nearing its end confirm that Russia is open to contacts, and that it has already done a lot of work in the Russia–USA–Ukraine format. This was announced on May 12 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"And, of course, this is the baggage of developments in terms of the peace process, it allows us to say that the completion is indeed approaching, but there is no need to talk about any specifics in this context at the moment," the press secretary of the head of state said at a briefing.
