On May 12, the third season of the consumer reality show "Check Everything" starts on the CHE! TV channel, a project that explores the service sector for compliance with reviews on the Internet.

In the new episodes, presenters Ekaterina Kashutchik and Denis Volevoy will visit a fitness club, one of the establishments of the Japanese cafe chain, a dry cleaner, a restaurant for dates, as well as call an off-site car service and inspect dozens of other locations. Their main goal is to figure out where customers are really appreciated, and where indifference is hidden behind loud words and laudatory reviews.

One of the episodes of the third season is dedicated to checking out an unusual rooftop restaurant with transparent domes-an igloo above the tables. According to the organizers, it is "much more than just a bar or cafe." Ekaterina Kashutchik and the program operator ordered a "turnkey date" for 22 thousand rubles, which includes a three-hour igloo rental, a varied menu, a photographer, rose petal decoration and other attributes of a romantic setting. The high expectations did not match reality: the dishes looked unattractive, no one lit the candles, the rose petals turned out to be withered, and the service did not reach the stated level.

"The beauty of the idea was lost in the numerous mistakes of the organizers. When a service is positioned as exclusive, every detail must be impeccable," commented Kashutchik.

Denis Volevoy conducted an audit in an environment that he knows firsthand — sports. Checking the fitness club, which promises modern, serviceable equipment and high service, revealed a striking discrepancy between promises and reality. Some of the equipment turned out to be faulty, and the staff simply ignored the comments of visitors and even law enforcement agencies.

"During the three seasons of the program, it's probably the first time we've encountered such an indifferent and even boorish attitude towards the guests. This is an illustrative example of how the lack of basic respect for people negates any loud statements and beautiful pictures on the site," Volevoy shared.

In the third season of "Let's Check Everything," viewers will find not only loud revelations, but also pleasant discoveries. The project team traditionally noted those who perform their work at the highest level — these institutions received well-deserved stars from the program.
