The Kremlin told about Putin's warm relations with his first teacher

Russian President Vladimir Putin warmly treats his first teacher Vera Gurevich. This was announced on May 12 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"You know that the president treats his teacher very warmly. They communicate constantly, but rarely manage to allocate so much time," he said at a briefing.

Peskov added that during the recent meeting between Putin and Gurevich, the teacher visited the Alexander Shilov Gallery and other cultural sites in Moscow. After that, the Russian president had lunch with her at his residence in the Kremlin. The decision to invite Gurevich to the Victory Day parade in the capital came from Putin, Peskov said.

When asked why the president continues to keep in touch with his first teacher, the Russian leader's spokesman explained that this gives Putin "the joy of simple human communication."
