Almost 140 billion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the Pushkin Map program in 2025-2030. This was announced on May 12 by the Minister of Culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova.

"Almost 140 billion rubles have been allocated for the implementation of the program from 2025 to 2030," Lyubimova said at a meeting of the final board of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

According to the minister, since the launch of the project, about 12.5 thousand cultural institutions across the country have joined the program. Lyubimova noted that young people have already purchased 110 million tickets using the Pushkin Card. The total amount of funds received by cultural institutions through the program amounted to 55 billion rubles.

In addition, the head of the Ministry of Culture recalled that in 2025 the program was transferred to a new operating bank, VTB. In this regard, the project participants needed to reissue the cards. To date, more than 6.5 million young people between the ages of 14 and 22 have already issued new cards. The Pushkin Card program has been operating in Russia since September 1, 2021 and is aimed at increasing the interest of young people in cultural events.

On April 19, the LDPR Party launched an initiative to create a "Traveler's Card" in Russia with a face value of 30 thousand rubles, thanks to which students of higher educational institutions and colleges will be able to travel economically around the country. It is specified that the funds on the card for paying for air and train tickets will be available for use only if a tourist product (tour or excursion program) is purchased from government-accredited travel organizations.
