Military personnel of the border guard service of Ukraine regularly die in the Semenovsky district of the Chernihiv region due to hantavirus. This was reported on May 12 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"Cases of hantavirus continue to be recorded in the Chernihiv region. Doctors of the 11th detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. They recognize that border guards stationed in the Semenovsky district regularly die from this infection," the source told RIA Novosti.
