The senator named the minimum USE scores for obtaining a school certificate
This year, in order to receive a school certificate, students must obtain at least 24 points from the Unified State Exam (USE) in Russian and seven points (or a grade of "three" — "satisfactory") in basic mathematics, as well as minimum grades in other subjects. Senator Airat Gibatdinov recalled this on April 12.
"The minimum USE scores are divided into two levels: for obtaining a school certificate and for admission to higher education institutions. For a certificate, 24 USE points in Russian and seven points (or three marks) in basic mathematics are enough, whereas for universities the thresholds are much higher," he told RIA Novosti.
