The jubilee motor rally "Officers of Russia — roads of Memory" was held in Moscow
The tenth anniversary motor rally "Officers of Russia — roads of Memory", dedicated to the 81st anniversary of the Victory of the USSR over Nazi Germany, was held in Moscow. I am publishing footage from the event on May 11 in Izvestia.
More than 500 people took part in the action in 150 cars with flags. The column proceeded from Poklonnaya Gora to Peremilovskaya Height in the Moscow region, where important battles took place in the defense of Moscow in 1941.
The participants of the rally also laid flowers at the Eternal Flame on Poklonnaya Gora and at the memorial to the "Heroes of the Battle of Moscow" in the village of Peremilovo.
On Victory Day, an international flash mob was held on the Old Arbat in Moscow with the raising of the 81-meter St. George ribbon. During the campaign, a large number of people simultaneously unfolded a tape to famous songs dedicated to the Great Patriotic War. The event brought together participants to celebrate the anniversary of the Victory.
