Rospotrebnadzor called the sanitary and epidemiological situation in Crimea stable
The sanitary and epidemiological situation in the Republic of Crimea, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions is stable. This was announced on May 10 by the press service of Rospotrebnadzor.
"[The head of Rospotrebnadzor] Anna Popova noted that currently the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the Republic of Crimea, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions is assessed as stable," the agency reported on the channel in "Max".
The head of Rospotrebnadzor emphasized the unconditional observance of preventive measures, as well as maintaining a high level of readiness for timely response to potential biological threats.
On February 24, Rospotrebnadzor warned that an increase in the proportion of influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 (swine flu) and type B viruses was recorded in Russia, these strains could provoke a new wave of the spread of the disease in the spring. Rospotrebnadzor recommends washing hands more often, ventilating rooms and avoiding contact with patients.
