Footage of the evacuation of MV Hondius passengers affected by hantavirus has been published

Passengers of the MV Hondius liner affected by hantavirus are evacuated by boat to the coast of the Spanish island of Tenerife. On May 10, Izvestia published footage from aboard a ship carrying people.

Only specialists in antiviral suits board the ship. Passengers are evacuated on an inflatable dinghy, they are wearing masks, medical hats and oilcloth robes.

People take pictures of what is happening on their phone cameras, trying to capture the memory of the liner left behind, on which they failed to reach their destination to complete the journey.
