There is no problem in communicating and shaking hands when meeting politicians from Russia's ally Armenia and unfriendly Ukraine. This was announced on May 10 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Look, everyone says hello during international summits. There is nothing reprehensible in this," he told Pavel Zarubin, a journalist at the Vesti news agency.
