Forecaster predicted abnormal heat in June in a number of regions of the Russian Federation

An accurate forecast of abnormal phenomena is given only for the next three days, therefore it is impossible to talk about guaranteed heat in June. This was announced on May 10 by Lyudmila Parshina, a leading specialist at the Hydrometeorological Center.

"Only on the eve of June will the average temperature of the first month of summer be known, and information about abnormal phenomena is predicted in the next three days from their activity, so it is impossible to say that there will definitely be an abnormal heat wave in June," she told RIA Novosti.

According to the Hydrometeorological Center, in June, the air temperature is forecast to be one degree higher than the climatic norm in several federal districts of Russia. Parshina clarified that temperatures above normal by one degree are expected in the regions of the Northwestern and Volga Federal Districts, in the Ural Federal District and in the northwestern Krasnoyarsk Territory.

According to her, in the central Russian regions, including Moscow, June will not significantly deviate from the norm. In the rest of the Russian Federation, temperatures will be within the climatic norm, with the exception of western Yakutia and the continental regions of the Magadan region, where colder weather is forecast, the forecaster added.

Warming in the capital region will come only on May 12.

Evgeny Tishkovets, a meteorologist and a leading specialist at the Phobos weather center, said on May 8 that the 30-degree heat would return to the Moscow region only in summer. Marina Makarova, a leading employee of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said on May 2 that the meteorological summer will come in the Moscow region on May 26.

According to her, this is most important for people working in the agricultural sector. At the same time, the weather conditions will allow all other Russians to feel the onset of the summer season.
