On May 9, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, compared the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, who "allowed" the Victory Day Parade to be held on Red Square with singer Alla Pugacheva, who "allows" spring.
