Russian President Vladimir Putin has not received any messages from Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky, which he allegedly could have sent through Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico. This was announced on May 9 by Yuri Ushakov, Assistant to the head of the Russian State for International Affairs.

"No messages to Zelensky through him (Fico. — Ed.) did not transmit. <...> There was no message," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
