Ushakov called Zelensky's decree "allowing" the parade a circus and clowning
On May 9, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov called the decree of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, "allowing" the Victory Day Parade to be held in Moscow, a circus and clowning.
