In Narva, Estonia, residents laid flowers at the monument to Soviet soldiers

Residents of the Estonian city of Narva laid flowers at the monument to the Soviet soldiers-liberators. The footage of the laying on May 9 is published by Izvestia.

The video shows people approaching the monument and laying flowers. On the same day, residents of Berlin laid flowers at the memorial to Soviet soldiers on Victory Day. Russian Ambassador to Germany Sergey Nechaev also laid wreaths at the Soviet military memorial.

In addition, Warsaw residents laid flowers at the monument to Soviet soldiers. On the monument to the soldiers-liberators it is written: "Eternal glory to the soldiers of the Soviet Army who died for the liberation of Poland from the Nazi invaders."

On the same day, it was reported that residents of the Latvian capital were carrying flowers to the monument to Soviet soldiers located at the Pokrovsky Cemetery in Riga. People lay carnations and other flowers at the foot of the monument, next to which memorial candles are also lit. There is a massive presence of police officers at the scene of the event.
