Lukashenko joked about his visit to Moscow before Victory Day
Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko said on May 8 that he would have come to Moscow for Victory Day anyway, even if Russian President Vladimir Putin had not been happy.
"Even if I wasn't happy to see you, I would have come anyway. The holiday is kind and bright," he said during a meeting with the Russian leader.
