A Polish resident handed over 4.7 thousand bottles in a day and set a record.

A man in Poland set a record for the return of containers, bringing about 4.7 thousand bottles to the reception point. This was reported on May 6 by The Warsaw Polish portal.

"A new record has been set in the Polish container return system...> A resident of Krakow handed over almost 4.7 thousand bottles and cans — and received more than 2.3 thousand zlotys for this," the publication says.

It is specified that the man collected bottles at work. He brought them to the Bonarka mall. The container acceptance process took several hours. According to the portal, the man intends to send the funds received from the return of the container to charity.
