Rosneft has invited new routes dedicated to Victory Day

Rosneft has introduced new themed routes for motorists in Veliky Novgorod and Arkhangelsk. The routes pass through memorable places associated with the events of the Great Patriotic War. This was reported in the company's press service.

The presentations took place at the company's gas stations in Veliky Novgorod and Arkhangelsk. Gas station visitors took part in thematic quizzes and workshops on creating a frontline cap.

According to the company, Rosneft supports the development of domestic tourism and creates comfortable conditions for road travelers. One of the company's priorities remains the development of roadside services and improving the quality of customer services at gas stations.

The route through Veliky Novgorod was named the "Way of Memory". Its total length is about 120 km, and the estimated travel time is up to two hours. The route includes 12 sites to visit and passes through nine Rosneft gas stations.

Motorists will be able to visit the stele "City of Military Glory", the Hall of Military Glory of Veliky Novgorod, the Victory Monument, monuments to partisans and pilots, as well as memorial complexes in Myasny Bor and Chudovo, where fierce battles took place during the war.

The 25—km Arkhangelsk - City of Military Glory route is designed for about one hour of travel. There are 10 sites to visit and four Rosneft gas stations on it.

The route is dedicated to the contribution of Arkhangelsk residents to the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Among the objects are the monument to the young men of the Northern Fleet, the Victory Monument and the Eternal Flame, the monument to the participants of the northern convoys, as well as the Arkhangelsk Gostiny Dvory Museum, which provides information about the heroic deeds of the city's residents during the war years. The final point of the route was an observation deck with a view of the city and the Solombalsky sawmill, which provided supplies to troops and the rear.
