The Latvian Defense Minister expressed his readiness to resign because of the drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Latvian Defense Minister Andris Spruds said that the drones that flew into the country on the night of May 7 were most likely Ukrainian. In this regard, he expressed his willingness to resign. This was announced on May 8 by the Delfi portal.

"Sprouds confirmed that now the main version is that drones from Ukraine flew into Latvia on Thursday night," the article says.

The politician added that he was ready to take responsibility for the fact that the drones that flew into Latvia were not safely shot down. Thus, he will respect the opposition's demand for his resignation.
