Dmitry Isaev, who was detained for the murder of the Russian functional all-around champion in Kaluga, has been charged. This was reported on May 8 in the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kaluga region.

"Based on the evidence collected by the investigator of the Investigative Committee, the person involved has been charged with committing a crime," the agency writes on the channel in Maks.
