Bulgarian Parliament elects Rumen Radev as new Prime Minister
The leader of the Progressive Bulgaria coalition, Rumen Radev, was elected Prime Minister of the republic. The deputies also approved the structure of the Council of Ministers proposed by him and elected members of the government, according to the website of the Bulgarian National Assembly on May 8.
124 deputies supported the candidacy of Rumen Radev for the post of Prime Minister of Bulgaria, 70 were against, 36 abstained.
