Flight restrictions were introduced in Ufa and Bugulma air ports earlier that day. Similar measures were introduced at the airports of Nizhnekamsk, Kazan and Cheboksary, as well as Saratov and Ulyanovsk. Later, flights were restricted to Izhevsk airways.
