The WSJ reported on the removal of obstacles to the US Operation Freedom
The United States can once again use military bases in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, as these Arab states have lifted restrictions imposed after the start of the American Operation Freedom. This was reported on May 7 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing sources.
"Saudi Arabia and Kuwait lifted restrictions on the use of their bases and airspace by the US military, imposed after the start of the American operation to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, thereby removing the obstacle that prevented the President [of the United States Donald] Trump should ensure the passage of ships through this vital waterway," the publication says.
