Fox: American strikes on Iran do not mean a resumption of conflict
The US strikes on Iranian territory do not mean a resumption of hostilities. This was announced on May 7 by Fox News correspondent Jennifer Griffin.
"The US Armed Forces have just attacked the Iranian port [on the island of] Qeshm and [the city of] Bandar Abbas <...>. But this is not a resumption of the war," reads a post on the social network X.
The press service of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported on May 8 that the Iranian side attacked ships of the US Navy in response to Washington's violation of the ceasefire. It is specified that as a result of the strikes by the Iranian side, the American military suffered significant losses.
On May 7, American leader Donald Trump said that after the US strikes on Iranian territory, the ceasefire regime between Washington and Tehran continues.
