New cases of hantavirus infection may be identified due to the situation on the liner in the Atlantic Ocean. This was announced on May 7 by the head of the World Health Organization Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.

"Given the length of the incubation period, which can reach six weeks, new cases of hantavirus infection may appear," he told RIA Novosti.
