The court placed the motorcyclist who hit Dobromilova under house arrest

The Nikulinsky court of Moscow has placed under house arrest until July 5 a motorcyclist who killed photographer Ksenia Dobromilova on Bolshaya Dorogomilovskaya Street in the capital. This was reported by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

The man was charged under Part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles"). The investigator stated that the driver had been prosecuted 21 times in six years for traffic violations, including speeding. The biker admitted his guilt.
