The readiness of the new polyclinic in Korolev has reached 85%
Construction of a new large polyclinic with adult and children's departments continues in Korolev, Moscow region. The work has been completed by 85%, according to Glavgosstroynadzor of the Moscow region.
"The inspectors of the department checked the progress of the work: The readiness is 85%. Installation of engineering systems and medical equipment, interior decoration and landscaping are continuing inside," the report says.
According to the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, the polyclinic is being built on Tsiolkovsky Street. The total area of the five-storey building is about 18 thousand square meters, parking spaces will be set up nearby.
The medical facility is designed to accommodate up to 1,000 people per shift: 600 patients in the adult department, 300 in the children's department and 100 in the emergency room. There are separate entrances for adults and young patients.
The construction cost is 1.55 billion rubles. The work is carried out within the framework of the national project "Long and active life" and the regional state program "Construction of social infrastructure facilities. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2026.
