The motorcyclist who shot down Dobromilov's model was charged
Investigators have charged Maxim Zaviryuk, a motorcyclist who killed photographer and model Ksenia Dobromilova on Bolshaya Dorogomilovskaya Street in Moscow. This was reported on May 7 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.
It is specified that the motorcyclist had previously been repeatedly prosecuted for violating traffic rules, including for speeding. According to the investigator, in addition to being held accountable for speeding, Zaviryukha was also disdainful of public order.
On May 7, the investigation asked for the arrest of the motorcyclist who hit Dobromilova.
The accident occurred on the evening of May 5th. Dobromilova, who was filming a motorcycle trip, was hit by a motorcyclist. The girl died in the ambulance from her injuries. The motorcycle driver was also injured. A criminal case has been opened against a 34-year-old man.
Lawyer Ivan Kurbakov noted on May 6 that at the moment it is impossible to talk about the final qualification of the crime in the case of the motorcyclist who hit the photographer. He noted that it is necessary to establish whether the behavior of the deceased corresponded to the requirements of legislation and traffic rules.
