The full moon at the end of May can have a noticeable effect on well-being, primarily affecting the nervous system and sleep quality. Near May 31, the risk of information overload, anxiety and decreased concentration increases, especially against the background of fatigue and impaired rest. This was announced by astrologer Anastasia Grokhotova in a conversation with Izvestia.

"A full moon can have a noticeable effect on well-being. First of all, through the nervous system and sleep. In the days around May 31, information overload, anxiety, absent—mindedness and difficulty concentrating are likely, especially with fatigue and impaired rest," Grokhotova noted.

The astrologer recommends not to overload the day with unnecessary things and pay more attention to correspondence and news, adding that in the evening you can afford to relax and watch the Blue Moon.

"In folk signs, the Blue Moon was associated with the end of protracted situations and unexpected turns. It was believed that on such full moons, things that had previously been hidden became more noticeable: accumulated complaints, emotional fatigue, or calculation errors," she explained.

In astrological interpretation, according to Grokhotova, the Blue Moon reinforces the main themes of the full moon related to summing up and clarifying hidden processes. During this period, as the expert notes, long—term situations often culminate, weaknesses in relationships, work or planning become apparent, which requires decision-making - either the completion of current processes or the transition to a new stage.
