Rostec has created a Scalpel UAV capable of hitting a target from any angle

Rostec State Corporation (GC) specialists have developed a maneuverable attack unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) Scalpel, which can hit any vulnerable spot of a potential target from any angle. This was announced on May 7 by Sergey Chemezov, CEO of Rostec State Corporation, during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Last year, we created a new drone. And the new X-winged Scalpel drone is very maneuverable and allows you to hit any vulnerable spot from any angle," he said.
