Festive fireworks on May 9 were canceled in Tyumen
In Tyumen, they decided to do without launching a festive fireworks display on Victory Day. The reason is security measures. This was announced by the mayor Maxim Afanasyev.
According to him, he held a meeting of the organizing committee to prepare for the celebration of the 81st anniversary of the Victory. The decision to abandon the fireworks was made based on the current operational situation to ensure maximum safety of citizens.

Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation reported that there are no plans to restrict mobile Internet in Moscow on May 7 and 8. At the same time, operational restrictions may be imposed in case of immediate security threats. Mobile Internet access in the capital will be temporarily restricted on May 9. Also, the "white lists" of websites and SMS will not work. This is due to ensuring security during the Victory Day celebrations, the ministry warned.
