The decision to demolish the green spaces was made based on the results of a survey by a specialized commission, the Pskov News feed writes.

The trees were recognized as high-growth. In addition, experts have determined that the plantings are in poor condition.

Earlier it was reported that traffic on Nekrasov Street will be restricted in Pskov until the end of 2026. This is due to the renovation work planned at this site.
