In Poland, the terrorists who blew up the Nord Stream were almost declassified
Polish law enforcement agencies almost declassified a group of terrorists involved in the bombing of the Nord Stream gas pipelines. This is stated on May 7 in an investigative book by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) journalist Bojan Pancevski.
According to the author of the book, the text of which is quoted by RIA Novosti on May 7, during the call of the yacht Andromeda, the group aroused suspicion, as a result of which the head of the port called the police. A Coast Guard cutter approached the ship, where the company was listening to music and drinking alcohol.
Pancevski writes that a group of terrorists presented fake passports of Romania and Bulgaria to the police. According to him, the border guards did not board.
"The Ukrainians handed them the documents directly from the deck. The officers returned the passports and said goodbye. They didn't show much zeal," the journalist reports.
He notes that later this situation gave rise to suspicion to the German investigation, as well as the media. Panczewski adds that it was unclear whether the police were influenced by the Ukrainian special services, whether Poland was an accomplice to the terrorist attack or was negligent.
Russian Ambassador to Germany Sergey Nechaev said on May 2 that Russia is ready for a substantive dialogue with Germany on the investigation of the terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream–2 gas pipelines. At the same time, Germany continues to ignore all proposals and requests from the Russian Federation regarding legal assistance in the investigation of incidents.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on April 29 that the German authorities continue to delay the investigation of the attack on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream–2 gas pipelines. The investigations conducted by Denmark and Sweden, as Zakharova added, did not yield results, so their initiators preferred to forget about the terrorist attack.
