Karchaa called the silence regime introduced by Zelensky another provocation of Kiev.
The regime of silence introduced by the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, turned out to be another provocation on the part of Kiev. This opinion was expressed on May 6 by Adviser to the head of the Republic of Crimea, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Zaporizhia region Renat Karcha.
"The truce announced by Zelensky was initially a bluff, a cheap, readable ploy, like all his talk about wanting peace and readiness for peace talks. None of the actors in the Kiev regime is going to end this war, in this sense they are fulfilling the will of their masters," Karchaa said in an interview with TASS.
According to him, the defeat of Ukraine will primarily mean the loss of countries such as Great Britain, Germany and France, since they forbid Ukraine to end the conflict in a "civilized way." Karchaa noted that the Baltic countries, including Poland, are provoking Zelensky to disrupt peace initiatives, to which he agrees.
On May 4, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin had decided to declare a truce on May 8-9 in honor of celebrating the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War (WWII). The ministry expressed the hope that the Ukrainian side would also join the ceasefire.
Zelensky later declared a regime of silence on the night of May 5 to 6. According to him, he allegedly did not receive proposals on the terms of the truce for the period of Victory Day celebrations on May 8 and 9 from Moscow.
Igor Kimakovsky, adviser to the head of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), said on May 6 that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) continue to stage provocations on the line of contact, despite the regime of silence announced by the head of the Kiev regime.
