Zakharova responded to Sikorsky's words about the conditions for the Fico flight to Moscow.

On May 6, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on the words of Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski about the conditions for the flight of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico to Russia.

"It sounds like total and irrevocable self—exposure - revanchist provocateurs pushing Europe along the path of war they had trodden before to the cliff," she told RIA Novosti.

According to her, Sikorsky is not acting in the interests of Poland and the Polish people, but in the interests of his wife, Ann Applebaum, whom the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry called "an ardent American ultra-liberal."
