Netanyahu announced full coordination of Israel's actions with the White House

Israel coordinates all its actions with the US command and is in constant contact with it. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced this on May 6, speaking at a meeting of the Cabinet on security.

"We are in constant contact with our friends in the USA. I talk to President [of the United States Donald] Trump almost daily. My people and his people talk every day, including today," Israeli Channel 13 quoted Netanyahu as saying.

He stressed that there are "no surprises" between the United States and Israel, and the countries pursue common goals. According to Netanyahu, the main task now is to deprive Iran of the opportunity to enrich uranium. The Israeli prime minister added that he would hold another consultation with Trump on the evening of May 6.

The suspension of Washington's operation in the Strait of Hormuz defused the situation, but did not remove the key contradictions.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said earlier in the day that Tehran does not rule out the possibility of a military attack or terrorist attacks by the United States and Israel. According to him, the enemy relies on economic pressure and media manipulation through the naval blockade in order to destroy the cohesion of the country and force Iran to surrender.

The day before, the Axios portal reported that the US president may resume military operations against Iran during the current week.
