Deflation in Russia from April 28 to May 4, 2026 was 0.02%

In the period from April 28 to May 4, deflation of 0.02% was recorded in Russia for the first time since the beginning of the year. This follows from the data published on the Rosstat website.

It is noted that a week earlier, in the period from April 21 to April 27, inflation was 0.05%. At the same time, prices for consumer goods have decreased by 0.01% since the beginning of May.
