The court increased to seven years the term of imprisonment of the ex-head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Crimea Sadakliev

The Kiev district Court of Simferopol increased the term of imprisonment in a penal colony for ex-head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Sadakliev to seven years, finding him guilty of abuse of authority. This was reported on May 6 in the law enforcement agencies of the republic.

"The case was considered under the article on abuse of official authority out of selfish or other personal interest with serious consequences (art. 286 of the Criminal Code, part 3, paragraphs "b", "e"). By partial addition, the term was seven years in a high—security penal colony," the source told RIA Novosti.
