The heating situation in the capital of Ukraine next winter is threatening, and those in power are to blame for this. This was announced on May 6 by the Mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko.
"We are doing everything the city can. The central government, publicly declaring that it will help, is not going to do this," he said.
