In the new popular science film "VISION" from the series "THE BODY AS A GADGET" from NMG DOC, the experts and heroes of the project continue to explore the hidden possibilities of man. Scientists claim that everyone is able to influence their own consciousness with their mind and even see with their eyes closed — you just need to force the body to activate its unused reserves. The film tries to uncover the main mystery of the eyes and answer the key question: how to awaken these amazing abilities.

In the new film, viewers will learn about the phenomenon of blind vision, learn how to navigate in complete darkness without night vision devices and adjust visual acuity. The authors will tell you how to prevent myopia, whether it is possible to change the color of the eyes and develop lateral or "dorsal" vision. And viewers will also get answers to questions: is it possible to turn myopia into hyperopia and give up glasses with the power of thought, what is a bionic eye and who already has it, why color blindness occurs only in men, and women distinguish more shades, and why male drivers are more likely than women to get into side accidents.
