Sobyanin spoke about the best projects of the winners of the Innovator of Moscow Award

Every fifth project developed by the winners of the Innovator of Moscow award relates to the field of industry, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said in his channel in the Maks messenger.

The award was established to support the innovative activities of the capital's scientists, entrepreneurs and inventors. Its participants are engaged in the development of new-generation composite materials, engineering software, intelligent production platforms, microengineering devices and other high-tech innovations for the domestic economy. The Industry direction is becoming increasingly popular among innovators: last year it became the second largest in the number of applications submitted.

The best developments of the winners of the "Innovator of Moscow" award are already being put into practice. These include microengineering devices that accelerate chemical and biological experiments intended for use in the oil and gas industry, medicine and scientific research, new—generation composite materials based on 3D weaving for the production of aircraft engines and medical equipment, as well as a quick search platform for manufacturing parts and equipment, available to enterprises to order the necessary products. The same applies to companies wishing to present their solutions to a wide audience.

This year, the application acceptance stage has been completed, and the competition has moved on to the selection stage: the expert commission is considering 180 of the most promising projects. According to the results of the evaluation, 36 of them will be awarded cash prizes of up to 1.5 million rubles, which will be used for further development of developments.
