Rosreestr data became available on the heritage.dom.rf platform
Cartographic and registry data from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN) have appeared on the heritage.dom.rf platform, the press service of DOM.RF reported. The integration of the platform with the National Spatial Data System (NSPD) was provided jointly by the DOM team.The Russian Federation and the Roskadastr Control Center.
"To make an informed decision on the implementation of any project related to heritage sites, an investor needs to analyze a huge amount of information, from the area and location of the object to possible concepts of its adaptation. For the convenience of the investor, we provide access to data that previously had to be collected from different systems on a single platform," said the First Deputy CEO of DOM.Russian Federation Alexey Nidens. According to him, the list of resources transmitting data to the platform will expand.
After integration, the platform has received information about more than 2,000 cultural heritage sites from federal and regional sources. In the card of each object in the "Cadastral data of the object" section, information about the boundaries of the monument's territory, protection zones, cadastral number, area, purpose of the building, form of ownership and cadastral value is available. Heritage.dom.rf presents windows in 81 regions of Russia. About 120 facilities are available for purchase by investors at auction, and about 500 more are planned to be transferred by the end of 2026 in accordance with plans for the privatization of state and municipal property.
