German law enforcement officers conducted searches in about 50 locations throughout Germany in connection with the search for 36 people allegedly involved in far-right criminal groups. This was reported by the Reuters news agency on May 6.

The groups, known as Jung & Stark ("Young and Strong") and Deutsche Jugend Voran ("Forward, German Youth"), which also operates under the name Neue Deutsche Welle ("New German Wave"), are suspected of extremist activities through social media, as well as organizing regular meetings, the statement said. The German Federal Prosecutor's Office.

These gangs are believed to target political opponents, and some of their members are suspected of attacking leftist activists or people they consider pedophiles. However, the prosecutor's office clarified that no arrests were made during the operation, which involved more than 600 federal and regional police officers from 12 lands.

In September last year, German law enforcement officers searched the homes of eight people accused of creating the right-wing radical group "Saxon Separatists." The purpose of the raids was to find caches of weapons, obtain additional information about right-wing groups, as well as establish the plans of other members of right-wing organizations.
