Germany has not been able to complete denazification. This was announced on May 6 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.

"In fact, no real denazification of Germany has taken place. Archival materials from the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, including a 1952 report on the political situation in West Germany, convincingly show that instead of conducting it, "the Western powers followed the path of justifying Nazi war criminals," he wrote in an article for RT.

According to Medvedev, the noisy process has turned into an "empty farce," except for the cleansing of public spaces and the destruction of some pro-fascist organizations. He added that Western countries sought to justify the former leaders of the German military economy they needed, and to remove minor officials.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on March 16 that Nazism turned out to be very tenacious among Europeans, they want to leave in power in Ukraine a man who frankly admits that he does not consider the inhabitants of Crimea to be people.

Fernand Kartheiser, a member of the European Parliament from Luxembourg, said on February 8 that the denazification of Ukraine meets the interests of European countries, since Kiev's current political course has become too dependent on neo-fascist movements.
