The average mortgage rate in Russia in March exceeded 10% again. This is evidenced by data from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on May 6.

It is specified that the indicator crossed this threshold for the first time since August 2024.

The weighted average loan term in March 2026 was 23 years and 10 months. Similar figures were recorded a month earlier. These values have become the lowest since May 2023.
