Over the past week, more than 2.2 thousand cases of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) were registered in the Pskov region. Two classes of schools were quarantined.
According to the Pskov News feed, the overall incidence decreased by 18.7% in a week. Children accounted for 65.5% of cases.
The incidence structure was dominated by viruses of non-influenza etiology. No cases of influenza have been reported. 42 people were hospitalized.
At the end of April, an increase in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections was registered in several regions of Russia. In Nalchik, the epidemiological threshold among schoolchildren was exceeded by 30%.
