The footage shows how the car is fixed to the tow truck. It is noted that the driver himself was taken to the police station to clarify the circumstances of the incident.

The director of the executive, Rauf Hasanov, told Izvestia that the incident occurred due to bad wheels that lost traction on the road surface. He also confirmed that it was Bakirov who was driving.

Representatives of the Moscow Department of Transport said that the driver could not only be fined, but also deprived of his driver's license due to a gross traffic violation. The car made a lane change to the right at high speed, which caused it to skid.
