An unfinished high-rise building may be demolished in the center of Tyumen, as signs of unauthorized construction have been identified. This was reported to the news agency " <url>" in the Main Directorate of construction (GUS) of the Tyumen region.

We are talking about a long-term 11-storey building on the main street of the city. According to the news agency, the facility at 244k1 Republic Street has been unfinished for several years, and there are no windows on the top floors of the building.

"A notification has been sent to the Tyumen city administration about the identification of an unauthorized building with attached documents confirming the relevant fact," the department said.

Now the city authorities will have to decide the fate of the building. It will either be demolished or will have to be brought in line with the established requirements.

At the end of April, it was reported that the Tyumen authorities decided to clean up the Tura River from garbage in the city. Now the administration is looking for a company that will prepare a corresponding project, it should be ready by autumn.
