As a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a gas station in Lgove, two civilians were injured. This was announced on May 5 by Alexander Khinshtein, Governor of the Kursk region.

"Today, a Ukrainian drone attacked a gas station in the city of Lgove. The refueling equipment is damaged. According to preliminary data, two people were injured," he wrote on the Maks messenger.

According to Khinstein, a 30-year-old man suffered a mine explosion injury, wounds to his arms, legs and a closed craniocerebral injury. The fire department chief was also injured — a 44-year-old resident was found to have shrapnel wounds to his legs.

It is noted that medical assistance was provided to the victims, the men were sent to a local hospital.

On the same day, five people, including a child, were injured in the Bryansk region as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It was clarified that the Ukrainian military struck civilians in the village of Belaya Berezka with a Grad multiple launch rocket system.
